    • The VR-500 Projector allows the user to select and display a projection of rubber on their die. Two stations are utilized to properly locate rubber pieces on a sheet and show where they should be applied to the die.

    Station 1 includes a monitor showing a CAD design and then projects it on to a cut rubber sheet. The specific rubber cut to be placed on the die can be selected on the monitor. At Station 2, the other projector lights up the area on the die where the rubber should be placed. This allows the operator to quickly and easily apply the rubber to the die. This can then be repeated for all rubber cuts.

    This machine is ideal for customers who want to save time and/or allow those with less experience to successfully rubber a die independently.

    Standard rates: published UPS/FedEx shipping rates apply unless freight is specified.

    Small orders: orders under $25 subject to a $5 fee.

    International orders: subject to a $250 minimum.

    HAZ-G = Hazardous material, cannot ship air, up to $33 surcharge applied for each package shipped ground within the US.

    HAZ-A = Hazardous material, cannot ship air, no surcharge for ground shipping.

    HAZ-T = Toxic material, must be sent by freight carrier.

    FRT = must be sent by freight carrier due to size, weight, or hazardous classification.
